Paying by credit or debit cards can be a convenient way to make your rent payment, but will incur a small transaction fee. See step by step directions for making payments via PayPal with no fees:

Using Paypal For Tenant Rent Payments

If you pay via PayPal, when you go to make the payment, choose the PERSONAL tab and indicate it is a LIVING EXPENSE. This will insure that you are not charged a fee if the rent payment is from your associated bank account, and not through a credit / debit card. ( Make payments to dan@myezrent.com ).

For your convenience we also allow credit card or debit card payments, just be aware that there will be a fee from PayPal added to your payment.
